The ACS Children's Chorus presents its 5th annual solo spring concert, this time exploring music of past and present Masters: Vaughan Williams' Linden Lea, Benjamin Britten's Jazz Man, Franz Schubert's The Trout, Gustav Holst's Corn Song, Mozart's Papageno-Papagena duet, Aaron Copland's At the River, and Stephen Hatfield's Las Amarillas.

ACS and the Bel Canto tier of the ACS Children's Chorus will explore the exciting field of American 20th century masterpieces, including Leonard Bernstein's Chichester Psalms and works by Samuel Barber.

Join the entire ACS family--the adult chorus and the ACS Children's Chorus directed by Kevin Carr--with harp, organ and piano accompaniment. Together, the two choruses will perform Benjamin Britten's beloved Ceremony of Carols. The adults will also present the humorous Twelve Days of Christmas by Edward Weston with lyrics by John Julius Norwich. The Dolce and Bel Canto tiers of the Children' Chorus will perform other works written specifically for children's voices.
